This is not a Contact Us form that is watched by an assistant or routed through a ticketing system. Messages sent here go directly to Rich, the person who wrote everything on this site, and he reads them all.

There are a few things that tend to come in: questions about specific destinations or situations that the guides don’t quite cover; corrections and updates from people who live in or recently visited a place that’s been written about here (always welcome, information degrades fast); stories from people who found the site useful and wanted to say so; and occasionally, questions or observations that turn into something more: conversations, recommendations, or collaborations.

If you have a question about traveling to the Philippines, planning a longer stay, navigating a specific practical problem, or understanding something about the country that hasn’t clicked yet,  ask it. When you have information that would make something here more accurate or more useful,  share it. You’ve been somewhere in the Asia-Pacific that deserves more attention than it gets, and you want to tell someone about it. Rich is genuinely interested.

Also, please be aware that we remain open to any feedback you would care to provide. Contact Us doesn’t have to focus on questions or suggestions. You can simply provide your opinions and observations. We value everyone’s feedback and want to make sure your voice is heard.

No question is too basic, and no story is too specific. The point of this site has always been honest, first-hand information: the kind that comes from people who are actually there, doing the thing, living the reality. That includes you.
